Beginner's Yoga Series
This is a three week series designed to introduce many traditional yoga poses for balance, flexibility and strength
Join Jill Sansom for this series designed for the new yoga student or anyone wishing to refresh their understandings. Each week will build upon the prior as we explore how to link breath to movement, while supporting each person's individual needs and abilities. Many supportive props will be offered and integrated into the practice and space will be limited so that everyone feels they are ample attention. Sun salutations with gentle warm up and a long restful ending will be offered. We have yoga mats available, or feel free to bring your own.
